Play around with this dressing by using the various flavors of mustard: stone ground, Dijon, yellow, whatever sounds good to you. Easy and much healthier than the bottled versions.
2/3 C. mayo
1/4 C. honey
3/4 C. oil of choice (vegetable, coconut, olive)
1/8 C. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. paprika
dash celery salt
dash garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh, minced)
black pepper, fresh ground to taste
Process all ingredients in food processor and chill. Serve as a salad dressing or condiment for chicken, vegetable crudités, or pieces of sand paper. I’m pretty sure anything will be good when dipped in this decadent dressing.
