I call this screamy, because my brother insisted I stop putting up such long recipes and stick to “easy” things to make. Then he showed me this. So I basically screamed,,,,,inside that is, as we were having breakfast at the time. So I will refrain from adding anything to this or taking anything away. My creativity is being held hostage temporarily. My brother claims this is absolutely wonderful, BUT, I haven’t made it to date, so I’m taking him at his word. Y’all know me, I’d be adding garlic for sure, and a zillion other ingredients. So I will stop typing now and simply leave this one alone. OH, and by the way, my brother is a burgeoning culinary genius, and like me, he really enjoys being in the kitchen and experimenting with ingredients. Nothing beats a good ole’ crock pot with chicken slathered in a cream soup and cream cheese. Come on though, add some garlic, or green onions, or a shallot, a little white wine,,,,,,,,there I go again……Cheers all!

My brother did allow me to state this. For more sauce, add a can of cream of celery soup, or use 1 can each of chicken and celery. You can also use either boneless skinless or whole chicken breasts.
Place chicken in crockpot and sprinkle with Italian seasoning packet. Cover chicken with soups and top with cream cheese (cubed). Cover and bake on low 4-5 hours or until proper temp. (Oh and brother, remember to turn the crock pot on this time…) 🙂
